Executive Impacts is a leadership development company founded by me, Ray Dowdle, CSC. I have many years of experience leading teams and managing P&L as senior management at both large corporations as well as entrepreneurial ventures.
I want to help individuals develop stronger leadership behaviors and, as a result, be more successful and deliver better business outcomes. It's what was rewarding to me as a manager, and it's my passion as a leadership development professional.
I believe that leadership development must always be taken seriously, particularly in the current dynamic business environment where strong talent is so hard to find. Great leaders don't grow on trees, whether in the C-suite, departmental management, or among sales executives handling a businesses' most important asset; its clients.
