EXECUTIVE IMPACTS

Executive Impacts is a leadership development company that I, Ray Dowdle, CSC, founded.  I have many years of experience leading teams and managing P&L as senior management in both large corporations and entrepreneurial ventures.  

I want to help individuals develop stronger leadership behaviors, be more successful, and deliver better business outcomes.  That is what was most rewarding to me as a manager and it's my passion as a leadership development professional.

Leadership

I believe that leadership development must always be undertaken deliberately, particularly in the current dynamic business environment where strong talent is often hard to find. With the challenges of remote work and a rapidly-changing employment marketplace, managers must be even better leaders that in the past.

And great leaders don't grow on trees, whether in the C-suite, departmental management, or among sales executives handling a businesses' most important asset; its clients. Executive Impacts helps individuals be their best and helps teams work together effectively and efficiently.

I've done all these things over the course of a senior executive career, and each of my client's experiences with Executive Impacts will better position them to reach their career and company goals.


As a manager I learned that people working together as a team- especially true for management teams- is the secret sauce in having enthusiastic, motivated leaders and employees.  And in having business success.  I'm committed to helping as many individuals and organizations as possible achieve this success by honing their skills .

   

To this end, Executive Impacts utilizes the most respected and effective executive coaching process in the leadership development arena- Sherpa Executive Coaching.  By also utilizing the the best talent development tools available, including DiSC and 360 assessments, Executive Impacts help leaders be better.
